The Semiahmoo Yacht Club!

We are one of the longest standing clubs in the Pacific Northwest established in 1981. We hail from the city of Blaine, in the northwest corner of Washington state, at the doorstep of some of the most outstanding cruising waters on the planet.

Our mission is to promote the sport of recreational boating, water safety, facilities improvement and good fellowship and sportsmanship with members, friends and the public. Members are spread throughout the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, the east coast, California and Canada including the Greater Vancouver area and Vancouver Island.   Look at the news section below to see what we have been up to. Community support is very important to our members.

We welcome new members into our club.   We offer a great schedule of  land and sea events that we have planned.  The experience level of our membership offers new members a knowledge base to help if you are new boaters to the region. We offer one of the best reciprocal programs around which allows our members to visit many beautiful destinations. If you are an experienced boater, come and join the fun and share your experiences!  No boat?  No problem!  We share a passion for the water, so joining our club might help you find out if boating is for you.
