Our April Nauti-Friday featured a warm spring evening at a local winery, enjoying the wares of two of our favorite local club sponsors: Glacial Lake Missoula Wine and the Drayton Harbor Oyster Company.
DHOC’s Steve Seymour manned the grill, sharing locally farmed, fresh barbequed oysters with an enthusiastic and appreciative group of seafood fans. Steve also shared with the group some insight into the efforts to restore clean marine water and shellfish harvesting in Drayton Harbor.
GLM’s Tom Davis kept the refreshments flowing, featuring his winery’s great assortment of locally produced and widely acclaimed wines. Great spring weather allowed GLM to roll up the side doors and let the festivities spill out onto the deck. All making for another fun filled SYC get-together.
