IT'S TIME TO GET READY !!!
 
 for a fun time in beautiful downtown Sidney, BC.  The Annual SYC Canada Day Cruise #4 is only TWO weeks away! This is sure to be an event you won't want to miss. Canada Day in Sidney promises plenty to do, in and around the Port Sidney Marina. You don't want to miss out on all the fun- filled Sidney Days celebration for Canada Day, our own Club gatherings "under the tent" for meals and games on the dock, and the SYC comradery.

Things to do In and Around Sidney:
1) Sidney Museum and Archives (Entry is free, Donations accepted)
2) Shaw Centre for the Salish Sea (Closed Wednesdays, Entry is free, Donations accepted)
3) Butchart Gardens (Taxi or Uber, $40 +/- one-way)
4) Sidney Spit via dinghy, canoe or kayak. There is also a small ferry for marina.

Sidney Days Celebrates Canada Day:
June 30
1) 7:30 p.m. Beacon Park with live music and fireworks at 10: 15 p.m.
 
July 1
1) 8 - 10 a.m. Sidney Lions Pancake Breakfast at Mary Winspear Centre Courtyard
2) 11:30 a.m. Canada Day Parade along Beacon Avenue
3) 12 - 4 p.m. Family Fun Fair at Iroquois Park
4) 12 - 5 p.m. Build-a-Boat Challenge at Beacon Park and Glass Beach
